[Rikka made a face as she looked up from her own textbooks. She was happy to help her fellow medical student prepare for the upcoming test, but she was beginning to be reminded of a certain other person in her life by how she tended to take everything upon herself.] You know, if you're having trouble with something Kenjou-san, I could help you... [ooc - Headcanoning them as the same age due to the number of years between Dokidoki and Kirakira being enough to put them in the same ballpark.]

[ Rikka has her own work to do, after all! And if Akira's going to be a good doctor, she has to memorize all these....

She hadn't wanted to resort to this so early, but if she does so sparingly, she'll be okay. Akira takes a small box out of her pocket and puts it on her book. ]

[Rikka sighed.] We're studying the same material, you know. [Even if Rikka is the one further ahead...] Helping you would help me reinforce stuff for myself. [But wait. Magic charm? She's curious.] But oh? [She's going to try and crane her head to try and see it...]

[ Sorry for not parting the textbooks. Akira's just wrapped up in what she's doing, opening the box. ] You know I visit my family on the weekends, right? My sister made me these.

[ A hand appears over the pile, holding up something small and brown and...fluffy? ] Pomeranian bonbons.

[ Someone has painstakingly put little chocolate curls all over the outside of this candy, then given it a cute little dot face. ]

She's getting really skilled.....

I see. She's taking after her big sister, then? [Rikka lets out a wistful sigh.] That reminds me though. It's been a long time since I hung out with Mana and the others at the restaurant...

You have a special restaurant, too?

[ Homework-san...is so lonely. Akira will have to pay it extra attention later. ]

What kind of food does it serve?

[clear_eyes]

Oh, it's Mana's family's restaurant. [Mana. Akira might recognize it as the name Rikka writes in her notes a lot, paired with her own and inside of a heart.] It specializes in western style cuisine. It's called The Pig's Tail. Her dad inherited it from her grandfather when he married her mom.

[chiencolat]

"The Pig's Tail"...That's a cute name.

[ She's....seen that, yes. It's sweet. ]

So Mana-chan's next in line?

[clear_eyes]

[Rikka laughed.] I doubt it. Cooking's just a hobby for Mana, and her dad's already taken on a pupil. Mana's dreams have always been higher than that. ["Highest office in the land" high, honestly.]

[chiencolat]

That's impressive. You must both be really proud of each other.

[ Anyone who Rikka-chan loves this much had better love her right back! ]

I'm always proud of Mana. [And there's that dreamy look in her eyes.] She's going to be the prime minister someday... ... Do you have someone special like that, Kenjou-san?

[ --The juxtaposition makes Akira envision Kotozume Yukari, Prime Minyaster. ]

... What? What's wrong? [Rikka honestly looks confused.]

...Nothing. Sleep deprivation.

[ Ohohohohoho, laughs Prime Minyaster Yukari, as the capitol building is overrun with cats and whimsy. Akira shakes her head, clearing it, and smiles. ]

I do have one. A special person.

She's really unlike anybody else.

[clear_eyes]

[Rikka isn't convinced, but she smiles from ear to ear anyway.] That's how I feel about Mana! ... I just wish... that I knew how to let her know that.

[chiencolat]

You haven't told her your feelings?

[ Akira sounds concerned. That's...got to be hard. Caring for someone that deeply without them realizing it. ]

... I've never figured out how to. To be honest, Mana has so much love for everyone, I feel like I'd be tying her down. [She sighs.] That's not on her. It's all on me. I'm not that courageous a person...
